User profile: someone who needs sustained cognitive performance without stimulant side effects. SEMAX doesn't produce the crash, dependency, or tolerance patterns of stimulant-based nootropics. Selank — The Anxiolytic With No Sedation

The absence of sedation is the clinical differentiator — Selank reduces anxiety without impairing function. This matters for anyone who needs anxiety relief while remaining productive.
AC-Selank-NH2 is the N-acetylated, C-terminal amidated version with extended metabolic half-life — the standard form offered. User profile: someone whose primary cognitive bottleneck is anxiety rather than focus deficit. Selank doesn't make you smarter; it removes the anxiety noise that blocks cognitive function. Dosing: 200–500 mcg intranasal or 100–300 mcg subcutaneous.
Dihexa — The Neuroregenerator
Dihexa is categorically different from SEMAX and Selank. It's a small-molecule angiotensin IV analogue that binds hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) with high affinity and activates the c-Met receptor — a pathway involved in cell proliferation, migration, and tissue repair in the CNS.
The preclinical data is striking but narrow: Dihexa restored cognitive function in animal models of Alzheimer's disease (scopolamine-treated rats) at picomolar concentrations — orders of magnitude more potent than BDNF by weight. It promoted synaptogenesis (new synapse formation) rather than simply preserving existing synapses.
The human evidence gap is large. No clinical trials exist. All data is preclinical. Dihexa crosses the blood-brain barrier efficiently (oral bioavailability is good), but the safety profile in humans is unknown — the c-Met pathway activation raises theoretical cancer concerns similar to other growth-factor-activating compounds. This is the highest-risk, highest-reward cognitive peptide on the catalog.
User profile: someone with neurodegeneration risk or cognitive decline who has exhausted safer options and is working with a clinician. Dihexa is not a first-line nootropic — it's a research compound with a powerful mechanism and minimal human safety data.
