Personalized Peptides provides an educational information service. We help you understand which peptides might align with your health goals and biology, using a combination of self-reported quiz data and optional genetic and epigenetic testing.

The Service includes:

• A free, 11-question peptide-matching quiz.
• An optional Stage 2 assessment for clinical guardrails.
• An optional DNA and epigenetic test kit (purchased separately).
• A concierge that interprets your results and provides educational guidance.
• Connections to vetted suppliers and prescribing clinicians where relevant.

We are not a pharmacy, a medical practice, or a healthcare provider. We do not prescribe, dispense, or supply peptide products directly. Any peptide you obtain through a supplier or clinician introduced via our Service is subject to that third party’s own terms and conditions.

The information provided through the Service — including quiz results, peptide recommendations, concierge guidance, and any other content — is for educational and informational purposes only.

It is not:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• A substitute for consultation with a qualified physician.
• An endorsement or prescription of any specific peptide, protocol, or supplier.

Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or modifying any health-related protocol — including the use of peptides, supplements, or any other intervention discussed on this site. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the Service.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service is intended for users in jurisdictions where the content is lawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your location.

To access certain features — including your full quiz results, the concierge, and your dashboard — you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

DNA test kits and other products offered through the Service are sold subject to availability. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By placing an order, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout.

Refund and cancellation policies are set out at the point of purchase.

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the quiz algorithm — is the property of Personalized Peptides or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written permission. You may share a link to the Service or use our brand assets as permitted under the Partner Program terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the quiz matching algorithm.
• Submit false, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate information through the quiz or any other form.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service without our permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Harass, abuse, or submit harmful content through the concierge or any other interactive feature.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, suppliers, or clinicians. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure; that any defects will be corrected; or that the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.

We make no warranty regarding the efficacy, safety, or suitability of any peptide, protocol, or supplier mentioned on the Service. You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information provided through the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Personalized Peptides and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to personal injury, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Personalized Peptides and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
