• Quiz answers. Your goals, health profile, lifestyle habits, and any information you provide in the free peptide test and optional Stage 2 assessment. This data drives your personalised recommendations.
• Account details. Your name, email address, and optional phone number — provided when you create an account or submit your quiz results.
• DNA and epigenetic data. If you choose to order a DNA test kit, we receive your genetic and epigenetic analysis results from our CLIA-certified lab partner. This data is used solely to refine your peptide recommendations.
• Purchase history. Records of products you have ordered through us.
• Concierge conversations. Messages you send to our concierge and the responses you receive. These are retained to maintain continuity across sessions.
• Usage data. Standard analytics — page views, quiz completion rates, referral sources. We do not track your activity across other websites.

Your data is used for the following purposes and nothing else:

• Generating your personalised peptide recommendations and protocol.
• Powering the concierge service so it can reference your profile and give relevant answers.
• Sending you your results, protocol updates, and optional follow-up messages from our concierge team (only if you consent).
• Improving the accuracy of our matching algorithm through aggregated, anonymised analysis.
• Fulfilling orders, processing payments, and communicating about your purchases.
• Complying with legal obligations where required.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever. To anyone.

We share data only with the service providers we rely on to operate:

• Lab partners. Your name and contact details are shared with our CLIA-certified laboratory solely to process your DNA test kit.
• Payment processors. Your payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
• Infrastructure providers. Our hosting, database, and email services process data on our behalf under strict data-processing agreements.

We may disclose data if required by law — for example, in response to a valid court order or regulatory request.

Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
• Role-based access controls — only staff who need your data can see it.
• Regular security audits and dependency updates.

DNA and epigenetic data is treated with particular care. It is stored separately from your account credentials and is never used for any purpose beyond refining your peptide protocol. You can request its deletion at any time.

No system is impenetrable. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you promptly and take immediate steps to contain it.

You have the right to:

• Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct. Ask us to fix any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete. Request deletion of your personal data, including your DNA results and quiz profile. We will comply within 30 days.
• Port. Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent. Unsubscribe from marketing or concierge emails at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function:

• Authentication. A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
• Quiz progress. A temporary cookie that remembers your answers so you do not lose progress if you close the browser.
• Analytics. Anonymous, aggregated usage data — page views, referral sources, and conversion events. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics.
• Attribution. If you arrived via a partner link, a cookie records the referring partner for commission tracking. This cookie expires after 30 days.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete:

• Your quiz answers and profile — within 7 days.
• Your DNA and epigenetic data — within 7 days.
• Your concierge conversation history — within 7 days.

Purchase records may be retained for longer where required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

We operate primarily in the United States and the United Kingdom. If you are located outside these countries, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a jurisdiction different from your own. We ensure that any such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law.
