How to use it.
Dosing
Standard blend dosing: 100–200 mcg CJC-1295 No DAC + 100–200 mcg Ipamorelin per injection, administered as a single combined subcutaneous injection once or twice daily. Evening injection before sleep is the primary protocol; some protocols add a pre-workout injection for performance goals. Pre-mixed blends are available from compounding pharmacies at fixed ratios. Cycle
8–12 week cycles with a 4-week break. The blend's dual-phase action means initial sleep and energy improvements are typically noticeable within the first 2–3 weeks; significant body composition changes (lean mass gain, fat reduction) emerge over 3–6 months of consistent use. IGF-1 levels should be monitored at 6–8 week intervals to guide dose adjustments.
Contraindications
When to skip it.
